The Morgan Arboretum is a 245-hectare forest reserve, located on McGill University’s Macdonald Campus in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Its trail network allows for year-round walking as well as winter sports such as snowshoeing in addition to cross-country and skate skiing. The public contributes to the development and maintenance of the Arboretum through the Morgan Arboretum Association, a non-profit organization.

In addition to natural woodlands containing samples of most of Quebec’s native trees, the property supports collections of trees and shrubs from across the world including species of fir, oak, birch, maple, linden, spruce and flowering trees. The Arboretum is also home to 30 species of mammals, 20 species of reptiles and amphibians, and nearly 200 species of migratory and overwintering birds.
